Your safety during this time of crisis is our number one priority and we encourage that you rely on our -booking service to conveniently plan your vehicle maintenance. Upon arrival at our dealership we will be practicing active reception that allows for a single point of contact for you throughout your journey at our premises. This is all in the effort to control the spread of the virus and to keep you safe.

Roadside Assistance
We understand that peace of mind is important to our customers, therefore through Toyota care we have introduced Roadside Assistance to ensure your safety. This service is available 24 hours, 7 days a week.

Convenience at your Doorstep
If at all you are unable to come to us, we will come to you during this time of crisis. We offer FREE spare parts delivery within Dar es salaam for Toyota Genuine Parts purchases. Additionally, we can also pick-up and drop-off your vehicle for service at no additional costs (term and conditions apply).

In addition to these initiatives, we have included the following Health & Safety measures throughout our workshops, office and showrooms;

  • Health and safety first
    We have urged all employees to stay home if they are feeling sick or experiencing symptoms that could be associated with the COVID-19 virus. We have limited travel and attendance at large group meetings and requested our teams to practice social distancing measures.
  • Protecting our employees and customers
    Hand sanitation and body temperature checking is compulsory for all staff and guests upon entry to our dealership. Sanitizers are available at entry/exit point as well as on all desks for the convenience of all our customers. Our staff are diligently sanitizing their hands throughout the day and our service teams are making use of gloves and masks while carrying out their duties.
  • Enhanced cleaning and disinfection
    We have taken extra measures while handling vehicles that come for service. Our technicians will be using gloves and masks and will sanitize the interiors and door handles of each vehicle as they receive the vehicle for service. Our cleaning staff is also continuously sanitizing all surface, door handles, and everything that comes into human contact. This routine will also include a deep clean of our entire dealership after-hours
  • Everyone does their part
    Our entire staff have been informed and trained using instructions and guidelines provided by the ministry of Health as well as the WHO. We have instructed our employees to take responsibility and proactively clean and disinfect their work areas several times a day, these include keyboards, light switches, desk, telephones, etc.
